10µH, 3.3A, 1040 Shielded SMD Automotive Grade Power Inductor MCU1040 series with wide inductance range, large current handling, low power loss and low core loss characteristics, high efficient performance for energy storage and voltage regulation, offer excellent reliability meet AEC-Q200 requirements. Idea for the harsh environments of automotive applications like LED Lighting, HVAC, Car Infotainment and BCM.
MCU1040 Series Shielded Power Inductors utilize H-class enameled copper wire wound around a ferrite drum core, providing high inductance of up to 680µH and a saturation current of up to 12A. The magnetic shielding from the ring core enables high-density mounting, while the metal terminal, directly clipped outside the body with soldered wire exposure, helps prevent short circuits. This design enhances structural strength, making it suitable for automated production lines. Additionally, these inductors comply with RoHS requirements and are halogen-free.
