Both the signal and ground contacts are crafted from high-performance copper alloy, providing superior electrical conductivity and mechanical durability. To enhance corrosion resistance and ensure reliable connectivity, all contacts are plated with 50 microinches of nickel overall, with a gold flash finish applied to the contact areas and solder tails.
