Type C Connector

Type C Connector TPCOBRFSP001R is designed with high-performance and durability in mind. Its housing is constructed from high-temperature resistant plastic rated UL94V-0, ensuring excellent flame retardance. The contacts are made of copper alloy for optimal conductivity, while both the mid plate and front shell are crafted from robust stainless steel for added structural integrity. The connector features advanced plating specifications, including a minimum of 50 microinches of nickel underplate on all contacts, with 3 microinches of gold plating on the functional contact areas and gold flash on the solder areas. The front shell is also nickel-plated with a 30 microinch undercoat, and the mid plate is finished in a clear-only treatment for a clean appearance.
