Type C Connector TPCSKRFSM005R is designed with durability and reliability in mind, featuring a housing made from high-temperature resistant plastic rated UL94V-0 in black. The contact terminals are constructed from copper alloy, ensuring excellent electrical performance. Both the mid plate and front shell are made from stainless steel, providing structural integrity and shielding. For enhanced performance and corrosion resistance, the contacts are plated with a nickel underlayer and finished with 3μ” gold (Au) in the functional contact area, while the solder area is G/F plated. Additionally, the front shell and mid plate are fully nickel under-plated, reinforcing the connector's robustness and signal integrity.
