Type C Connector TPCOBVFSM003P is engineered for durability and reliability in demanding applications. It features a robust housing and insert molding made from UL94V-0 rated high-temperature resistant plastic in black, ensuring superior flame resistance and structural integrity. The connector’s contacts are constructed from copper alloy for excellent conductivity, while the mid plate, GND plate, and shell are made of stainless steel for added strength and corrosion resistance. To enhance electrical performance, the contacts are fully nickel-plated with a 1µ" gold plating in the functional contact area and matte tin plating in the solder area. The shell is also fully nickel-plated to ensure optimal shielding and durability. This connector is ideal for high-speed data transmission and power delivery in modern electronic devices.
