Type C Connector TPCOBVMSP001P is engineered for durability and high performance, featuring a robust housing made from high-temperature resistant plastic (UL94V-0 rated) for enhanced safety and thermal stability. Its electrical contacts are crafted from high-conductivity copper alloy, with gold (Au 3μ") plating on the contact area to ensure excellent signal integrity and corrosion resistance, while the solder area is tin-plated for reliable PCB attachment. The latch, spring, and front shell are all constructed from stainless steel, offering superior mechanical strength and wear resistance. Plating includes a nickel undercoat across all components, ensuring long-term durability and enhanced shielding performance. This design makes it ideal for demanding applications in consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial environments.
