Type C Connector TPCOBVFSP005P is designed for durability and high-performance connectivity, featuring a housing made from high-temperature resistant plastic compliant with UL94V-0 fla mmability standards. The contact terminals are crafted from copper alloy for excellent electrical conductivity, while the mid plate, front shell, and EMI plate are all constructed from robust stainless steel to ensure mechanical stability and EMI shielding. For enhanced performance, the contacts are fully nickel under-plated, with 3μ” gold plating applied to the functional contact areas and tin plating on soldering regions. The front shell is also nickel under-plated, while the mid plate has a clear finish. This high-quality construction ensures reliable performance in demanding applications.
